pancakes 3 ways

It's Sunday morning, you need a delicious breakfast.
 I tried some variations on tradish pancakes. Start with your batter whether you want to make it from scratch or use a mix- either will work. Pour a ladle full of batter into your heated/greased pan then sprinkle your toppings on. Continue to cook as normal- look for bubbles on the edges prior to flipping.

Toppings:
banana walnut
blackberry, reaspberry, blueberry walnut
mixed dried fruit, walnut

These are the toppings I used, but you could add anything you wanted; different nuts, chocolate chips, toffee bits, apples, oats, cinnamon, etc. Go crazy, your stomach/family will love you for it.
