unnecessary purchases

Maggie and I stopped by a garage sale on Saturday and I looked at these clothes and said "If only I had a baby girl" and went home, but then I said "screw it" and went back and got them anyway because they are so cute it was wrong to leave them there.

Maggie said the kitty was creepy. I disagree- what do you think?
The lady said lots of these were sent to her from her mother in Vietnam.

A few repairs are needed, like the elastic in the leg of this jumper.

 There were a few more, but you get the idea.

Prior to that I went to a rummage sale and found this locket!

My mom's old shirt. Cameo locket- with some other stuff for a total of $2- so probably like 50 cents for the locket! (Jim put it on a chain I already had)

I hope everyone is having a grand day. I am home with Bubbs because he is sick- think he might have RSV again. Right now it's just a cough and snot. He doesn't seem like he is having trouble breathing, but I'm watching him...

I tried to make some patriotic strawberries I saw on Pinterest for tomorrow but it was a tremendous failure, so I need a new idea.
